Advocacy Handbook - Free from RACC of Portland, OR

The Regional Arts & Cluture Council works with the arts community throughout the Portland, Oregon metropolitan region and statewide to advocate for increased support and resources for arts and culture. RACC has produced The Advocacy and Government Affairs Handbook for Artists, Volunteers and Staff of Arts and Cultural Organizations to assist art and culture organizations and their supporters to more effectively advocate for the arts.
